It is easy to contact us. You cans e-mail or call us with every question concerning products or orders. In the menu on your left you are able to find all the information concerning our website. Are you still unable to find your answer? Don't worry! We will help you and will respond within 24 hours to all e-mails, with exception of weekends and national Dutch holidays.
Personal advice
We try to inform our customers the best we can, we create sizing charts for each product, offer detailed productinformation, pictures and even give styling tips. If you still miss certain information we will help you as fast as possible to provide the information you need. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm CET except on Dutch holidays.
Return / Exchange
Would you like to return and/or exchange something please report this to us, by sending an e-mail to: service@topvintage.nl. In this way we can construct our returnproces fast and efficient. You will receive an e-mail with instructions.
