Our TopVintage Service
At TopVintage you can shop fast and safe! The conditions below apply to all* of our articles:
Money back if not satisfied!
Money back if not satisfied! is applicable to all* our products. Also SALE / reduced articles. The refund is excluding the shipping costs you have paid for your order and will be made directly, but up most within 2 business days after receival of the return package. Return costs are paid by the customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days within receipt.
Free exchange;
Easy exchange. Would you like to exchange an article for another size? No problem, please contact us, so that we can reserve the requested article for you. Within the Netherlands and Belgium exchange orders are delivered for free. For other countries we unfortunately need to ask a contribution for the Priority shipping. Costs for return shipping are paid by the customer.
Exchange / Return;
Announce return or exchange items in advanse. You can do this by sending an e-mail to service@topvintage.nl mentioning your ordernumber within 14 days within receipt. We will then send you the return instructions by e-mail within 1 business day.
How can I RETURN an article?
If you wish to return (a part of) your order, please follow the instructions below: fill in this form, add it to the return parcel (please do not forget!) and return the parcel within 14 days after receipt, so that we can process it as fast as possible and pay the refund after receipt.
I would like to EXCHANGE a product: other size or different product
Our products are Hot! and sometimes sold in no time. If you wish to exchange an item, please announce this to us by e-mail in advanse to: service@topvintage.nl mentioning your order number (at the backside of this form) and preferred size and or article number, so that we can - if in stock - directy reserve the product for you and request a possible payment (if the new product is more expensive then the previous one). After our confirmation via e-mail you can return the product(s) to the adress below and please add this form (do not forget!). We will send the requested article(s) for free as extra Service as soon as we have received the return package in original state.
Received a FALSE or DEFECT article?
Did you exidentally receive a false or defect article? Please except our appologies! To solve this in the best possible way we ask you to report this to us at: info@topvintage.nl or 0031(0)45 - 750 720 8 (business days from 9 am - 5 pm).
Our return policy
At the bottom of our website www.TopVintage.nl you can find a link to our Terms of Use. In short. You have to pay attention that all return/exhange goods are:
- returned within 14 days after receipt;
- provided with our label and if applicable in original undamaged packaging;
- not showing any signs of wearing or have been washed;
- provided with a hygene pad (this only accounts to swimwear);
- shoes without wearing signs and in orinigal package not used as shipping box, no tape or stickers and unwritten;
- sufficiently stamped.
Clothing and shoes may of course be fitted indoors, but not worn. Please do not keep our products in smoking areas, in the kitchen or nearby animals. Clothing that not smells fresh, or looks neat cannot and will not be offered to our customers anymore.
* The following products are excluded from our return/exchange service:
underwear: panties and shapwear panties, stockings, earrings, stacking-/ skid resistant soles and books.

Please make sure to always add this form to you parcel, otherwise we cannot process your return/exchange!
Return shippings are the customers responsibility, we cannot take responsibility for parceks shipped to our company adress. Please make sure to secure the product sufficiently so that the product cannot be damaged and send the parcel if requered due to high value with extra insurance.
Products that do not fullfil our returnpolicy requerments as described in our Terms of Use cannot and will not be accepted, but will be returned after shipping costs are paid or will be destroyed after consulting the customer.
Confirmation receipt of return within 3 business days
We will confirm the receival of your return within 2 business days via e-mail and pay the refund directly. Exchange products will be send to you as soon as possible, after shipment you will receive an e-mail with shipping information and track & trace information if applicable.
If you did not receive a confirmation within 7 days please contact the shipping company you used to send the parcel in order to trace your package. If there is an unfortunate delay please keep us informed so that we can expand the return date.
