Article 1.  Definitions

1.1 TopVintage.nl is an online shop in designer vintage / used and new retro clothing, footwear and accessories, which can be visited by www.topvintage.nl/eng, TopVintage has no physical store.

1.2 These general conditions (further called: conditions), belonging to the internetactivities of TopVintage.nl, are in accordance with the in General conditions of homeshopping and Webshop Keurmerk (an independent hallmark for Dutch webshops which TopVintage.nl is a member of).


Article 2. Applicability

2.1 Our term and conditions apply for all offers, orders and agreements closed through the website www.topvintage.nl/eng and they exclude all possible other general conditions of sales.

2.2 Accepting an offer and / or placing an order happens amoung accepting the appropriateness of these conditions.

2.3 Deviation the defined in these conditions can only be done in written. Should there be deviated from a certain part of the general conditions, the remaining definitions stay applicable unabated.


Article 3. Agreements

An agreement comes about after the acceptioning the offer on our website by the customer. TopVintage.nl is authorized to refuse orders or entitle to ask for additional information. If an order is not accepted, this will be reported to the customer, mentioning the reason of rejection.


Article 4. Prices

4.1 The Articles listed prices are in euros, including 19% VAT. VAT is not separately stated. 

4.2 Delivery charges are (unless otherwise specified) are not included in these prices. Before the agreement, the total price including shipping via our website impractical. However, orders with a purchase price of 99 euros or more receive FREE shipping within the Netherlands.

4.3 The delivery of orders within the Netherlands amounts mailbox post € 1.95 (package) packages and € 5.95. Orders from € 99 are free for shipping to The Netherlands and Belgium. For shipments to other countries within Europe, a contribution of € 5.95 in the delivery (Priority registered). 

4.4 TopVintage.nl can not be held to price indications which clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious import, move or misprints. Of unlawful price information can not legally binding.


Article 5.  Payments

 5.1 Payment may be made (one of) the way (s) as specified during the ordering process. The customer can order a detailed (betalings-/bestel) conditions. After placing an order the client will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail with the total cost, including shipping included.: Payment is possible by:

  • a) iDeal: If you use Internet banking ABN AMRO, Fortis, Postbank, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can directly pay with iDEAL. You calculates quickly and easily into the familiar Internet betaalomgeving of your own bank. P
    An electronic payment via the Internet is similar to a PIN-payment in a shop. For more information about using iDEAL on our website, click on: iDEAL.
  • b/ Pay with your credit card through PayPal. You have no PayPal account necessary, you can process your payment immediately. PayPal staat voor veilig en slim online betalen. PayPal is safe and smart online payment. You can easily and free at home and abroad with a bank account to pay.
  • b) In case of advance payment by bank transfer or by bank transfer, your payment within 5 working days after order date TopVintage.nl to have been received. If for whatever reason this does not succeed within the prescribed period please let us know in advance and we will let the article longer you hold, provided the limit is reasonable.
  • b) Direct and online through a payment with a value or voucher issued by TopVintage.nl. A value of TopVintage.nl or voucher is transferable and valid indefinitely.  If the deposit is higher than your order, you will receive course credit for a new value of the residual amount. 

TopVintage.nl is an online shop, this means that you only online or by telephone can place an order.  We do not have a physical store or facility to clothing or to adapt our products to show.

5.3 Payment. In case of advance payment by bank transfer or by bank transfer, your payment within 5 working days after order date TopVintage.nl to be received during this period, the articles online reserved. If this is for whatever reason do not succeed within the period please let us know in advance and we will let the article before you book longer, provided the limit is reasonable. 
If your payment is not received within that period or without notice, then void the reservation. Two days before this period expires you will receive an e-mail with a Reminder for payment. When no message or payment TopVintage.nl will cancel the order.

5.4 The client gives permission TopVintage.nl all acts necessary for payment to occur on the customer's chosen payment method.

5.5 Payment by bank, the date of payment is the date of crediting the bank account of TopVintage.nl.

If you pay the said payment b) the processing of payments through the Internet Cash Ogone of the Netherlands.

 Article 6. Delivery

6.1 TopVintage.nl strives orders on the same day, but no later than 2 business days after receipt of payment for dispatch to offer. TopVintage.nl this is not mandatory.

6.2 An order is not sent if they are not complete may be sent, unless consultation with the customer has made. the delivery either by (temporarily) not in stock, or for other reasons is delayed or if an order is not or only partially implemented, the client not later than seven (7) working days after the order has placed message .  Article 7. Retention of

The ownership of products is about to deliver the product at the delivery address if paid or received by the customer at ass ante payment.


Article 8.  Exchange or return of items

We do our best to describe and present our products in the best way possilbe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item or items to us in their original condition*. For all purchases applies: money back if not satisfied. But we have different return periods for vintage (used) items and new items. In the description we mention: Condition on Vintage items. New items you can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Vintage (used) items you can contact us within 2 days of receipt. Ofcourse, an other term can be agreed prior to delivery. We will refund your purchase or exchange the item for a different size / colour if you like to return the item.
